The TAA accredits, inspects, and awards grants to approved aftercare organizations to retrain, retire, and rehome Thoroughbreds using industry-wide funding.

TCA’s mission is to fund and facilitate the support of Thoroughbreds and the people who care for them. TCA provides grants to approved non-profit organizations.
