Our mission is to unite and strengthen Virginia’s equine welfare community through collaboration and resource-sharing, while engaging horse lovers across the Commonwealth with a transparent, holistic view of equine rescue.

We work closely with our Equine Rescue and Sanctuary Partners and our Welfare Advisors to bridge compassion and care for all Virginia's equines.
