Our first mission is to engage the horse-loving citizens of Virginia with the work being done for equine rescue across the Commonwealth. We strive to provide a holistic, transparent and interactive view of the equine welfare community within our state. 

 

Our second mission is to internally strengthen Virginia’s equine welfare community through connection, collaboration, and resource-sharing.
